How is Qareeb different from other delivery apps?
Other delivery apps focus on restaurants in big cities. Qareeb starts with groceries and convenience in secondary cities (Beni Suef first), and curates restaurants instead of listing everyone. Different focus, different city.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, InstaPay, Apple Pay, and Visa / MasterCard. We pick the methods Egyptians actually use — no overseas-only wallets.
What's the delivery fee?
A small flat service fee covers shopping + delivery. Minimum order EGP 50. First order is free. Promotional pricing announced in-app.
How do you handle out-of-stock items?
Before you check out, you pick how you want substitutions handled per item: refund it, call me to decide, or pick a close alternative. The shopper follows your choice — we never substitute silently.
